Artist Tomas Clayton commissioned me to create a brand new artists website design for him.
Tomas Clayton, like Andrew Tift, wanted an artists website designed to showcase his paintings and drawings. However he wanted complete control over the contents, but being more at home with the traditional paints and canvas he wasn’t used to computers.
This website project was a complete start to finish job, from organising his domain name and hosting, through sourcing a simple to use Content Management System, to creating the artists website design and training Tomas in using his new site.
I enjoyed working with Tomas, and I enjoy working on artists websites. From working with the artists work itself to talking with a client who knows exactly what they want. The finished website works well, the site design allows the artwork to speak for itself and Tomas Clayton found the system very easy to use.
